Stayed for one night only. Modern style and looks fairly new, but the varnish is definitely already coming off in places. Found it completely soulless, no service at all, staff were nice enough, the room was claustrophobically small. Like a big city hotel room, anonymous and expensive, not what I am looking for in the mountains. Average breakfast. I will not be back.

We visited this hotel for the second time. The service is still perfect. The breakfast is big and tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated and well maintained. To have a parking lot and a small shopping mall under the same roof is also very handy.

Fantastic hotel - perfect location, amazing rooms with great facilities, shower is incredible and the view is glorious. The absolute gem is Ildiko the spa therapist who gives the most incredible massage - she’s amazing! Thanks to the Hide for a great couple of days.

Do not stay here. I just don't know where to start. The apartments are so disappointing. On arrival at our 3.5 room apartment which can sleep four people we were given ONE key. You cannot have more. We are expected to coordinate amongst ourselves for a week. If someone is skiing and someone else wants to enter the room they have no option. They cannot even enter the building which requires the key to open the downstairs door. Upon checking in we were given a list of things we had to do such as cleaning the room, emptying the bins, doing dishes and putting plates away, or there are a series of CHF10 fines. Even though they charge a CHF210 cleaning fee. It's like one of those horror AirBNB stories you read about on the internet. We are paying CHF710/night and they want us to do their chores as well. The apartment itself is sad and spartan with revolting old towels and very little else. No soap by the kitchenette or hand towel. It is very depressing and tiny. Certainly not a place you want to stay for a couple of days - let alone a week. We paid CHF180 for the fridge to be stocked on arrival. It was not done. (Though they did come later that night). We were told there were laundry facilities in the building but there are not. Instead you have to take your laundry to a nearby building and go down into the basement where there are two of the smallest washing machines I have ever seen - shared by hundreds of people which means it is never available. You also have to go to the local supermarket to by washing liquid and softener. What a special experience it is carrying arm loads of laundry around Flims like a homeless person. There is a ski storage room downstairs but it is too small and there are no spaces available even at 4pm. So we have to store our ski equipment upstairs in our tiny living room. Lugging it up and down in the elevator every day. Yuck. Wet floors. Gross. If you want to completely ruin your holiday experience rent one of these overpriced nasty apartments. We are so sad being here and wish we were anywhere else. We have been completely ripped off. At this price point this is perhaps the lowest value stay of our entire lives. There is not a single redeeming quality to these apartments.

Niemals Wieder ! Die kleine Lobby mit Ping Pong Tisch und Shuffle Board Tisch und einer Bar ist der einzig mögliche Aufenthaltsort im Hotel, denn die Zimmer sind so dunkel, das sich darin nur ein Gotik Liebhaber wohl fühlt. Nachttische aus Blech, welche beim hinstellen eines Glases den Partner aufweckt. Die WC "Türe" aus Glas und oben und unten offen für Sicht und Gerüche sind doch sehr stossend! Die Decken aus Sichtbeton und die langen mit dunklen Tapeten der Zimmer ausgestatteten Räume sind für diese Preisklasse ein absolutes No Go! Das essen in den sogenannten dazu gehörenden Restaurants sind den Preis nicht wert. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist doch sehr dürftig und nicht wie beschrieben "grandios". Der Spa und Wellness Bereich entspricht nicht der Beschreibung des Hotels! Keine Luxus und Entspannung der Extra-Klasse! Info auf der Website enorm übertrieben. Wo bitte ist das Sprudelbad, der Kaltwasser Bottich, das Kneipp Fussbad oder das Schwimmbecken? All das gehört zu einem Wellness Bad der Extra Klasse dazu ! ! ! Nebenbei bemerkt ; das Hide Hotel ist im Stenna Einkaufscenter eingemietet ! Deshalb : NIE WIEDER
